Let’s be honest, New Year resolutions have a nice ring to them. The idea of a ‘fresh start’ is exciting and invigorating and all those good things…. There’s a sensation that all the weight we’ve been carrying is magically lifted and we get to start over a new.

But, this is not your first New Year…and you know as well as I what happens a few weeks or months in…..the old patterns return and you’re ‘fighting through’ or ‘flailing through’ another year.

We can have the BEST intentions to do it differently. However, if we don’t have the correct foundation in place, if we don’t have a plan in place, if we don’t have a plan for our mindset or what to do when you start to slip in place…we’ll SLIP BACK!

If we’re starting our year carrying the same limiting beliefs, the same internal head trash, the same energetic burden, the same level of emotional intelligence, WE ARE GOING TO CREATE A REPEAT OF WHAT WE’VE CREATED ALL THE YEARS BEFORE. Here’s a wake-up call

  5. WE NEED EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE SO WE CAN SEE WHEN WE’RE SLIPPING INTO OLD PATTERNS, AND CATCH OURSELVES

  6. WE NEED A NEW VIBRATIONAL SET POINT
